» OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

There are instances where items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as we find the shortage. Your order will then be placed on "HOLD" and will then ship upon the arrival of the missing items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish your order to be shipped without the out of stock items.

» RETURN POLICY

atmospherez wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 60 days. If your order is lost, incorrect, defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-828-263-0880.

Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, in which case atmospherez will arrange to have the item picked up. Please include your name and address on the outside of the returned package(s). A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned for reasons other than defective or damaged products.
